FerlinBridge

The FerlinBridge is the bridge between all our machines. 

Through a user-friendly application, our dosing machines, hopperloaders, filters and dryers can be operated from any device as long as it is connected to the same network and all production data is stored in SQL. 

The FerlinBridge provides a multi-layer rights system where the customer can determine which employees are able to make adjustments to components or recipe by machine.  

In addition, the FerlinBridge offers the possibility to be integrated via various protocols such as SQL, OPCUA, MODBUS and PROFIBUS to be integrated into MES, SCALA or ERP systems. 

Thanks to backwards compatible developments our older machines can also make use of this. Much can be saved through the use of data by preventing errors and saving time and additives.
